One of the biggest myths in job searching is that everything worth applying to is on LinkedIn. Itās not.
Thereās an entire layer of hiring that happens through conversations, communities, and quiet signals, long before a role becomes a polished job post.

Why Iām Sharing These
Over time, Iāve become deeply involved in the tech community, attending networking events, hosting meetups, and building relationships with engineers, founders, and recruiters.
That proximity changes what you see.

Founders casually mention āweāre hiringā long before a formal process exists
Right now, Iām not actively looking for a switch. So instead of letting these leads go to waste, Iād rather redirect them to people who can actually benefit from them.
